Both Westerns are great but this one goes to Magnificent Seven.

A Fistful of dollars is a lot more cinematic and original remake than The Magnificent seven.
The remake of Seven Samurai tops the remake of Yojimbo.
A Fistful of Dollars > Seven Samurai > Yojimbo > The Magnificent Seven

I've never seen the originals of either of these English-language remakes, I'm afraid to say. As a standalone film, I prefer A Fistful of Dollars. It bored me less and is more visually interesting.
