The Crow is more fresh and original love the film but Dark Knight is the best DC film ever made and the best Batman film by a little margin this is hard! going with CROW!
I think the Crow is very underrated nowadays but I'm still going with The Dark Knight.
Is this supposed to be close? The crow is a film worth Collecting, But the Dark Knight wins hands down.

Some similar stylistic choices, but the two movies are quite different. That said The Crow is a good movie but I never thought of it as a peak level comic book movie, while The Dark Knight is easily in my top 10 favorite movies of all time.
