Blair Witch is the much better film here
I was greatly disappointed by Diary, actually. I saw Blair about 11 years ago for the first time, and it actually kind of managed to stay with me. It just sucks it made all of those rip-off 'found footage' films.

Romero lost his mind. His new stuff's nearly as bad as the Dawn remake.
Not even a question on this one. Whether you love Blair Witch or not....Diary of the Dead is such a step down.

Yuck. Diary committed one of the cardinal sins of film - it bored the hell out of me. Blair Witch isn't for everybody. A lot of people aren't going to find any of its tricks spooky. But at least I can say it didn't bore me. A huge step down from stuff like Dawn.

Blair Witch was overall the better film.
