Trainspotting's great, but I wouldn't want to rewatch it, at least not anytime soon. It had great writing, directing, and acting, but despite almost Tarantino-esque dialogue (yeah, that's a thing now) it wasn't enjoyable for the most part (plus those accents! I had to watch with subtitles!). It doesn't make the movie any worse, just unpleasant. Memento, on the other hand, I love. It blew me away when I first watched, and after many, many more watches, it never fails to impress me. It is one of my all-time favorite movies, and part of the reason I became such a movie buff. I also think it's Nolan's best movie (yes, even better than Inception and The Dark Knight). So there you have it.
