Ugh. Both insufferable. Moore is the fop Bond and Lynch needs the institutional discipline of TV to control his cinematic masturbations. The Twin Peaks series was genius, this movie was a complete mess. I'll go with Octopussy only because the story, silly as it was, made some sense.
