I watched all Lord of the Rings movies and for some reason I've never liked them. Everything is deliberately made too grand, too big, too epic in these movies.

Not a huge fan of them either. Just too overhyped I think. Enjoyable in parts, yes, but overall no.

Both of these are great movies which I enjoyed but I must go with LOTR

NO! There is no way American History X is beating The Fellowship of the Ring. The best of all three LOTR films indeed. With this movie Peter Jackson established himself as a film making legend.

LOTR prevails! I love American History X but LOTR C'mon
AHX is great, but not LOTR great.

Everybody loves The Lord of the Rings except me. And American History X is one of my favourites of all time. So... what do you think I'll choose?
