Two of Cary Grant's best films right here. I give the very slight edge to Charade.

Tough one, but I'll take Charade.

Two of Grant's best in terms of film and performance. Arsenic and Old Lace is hilarious from start to finish, an absurd concept is superbly executed. Charade is unbelievable entertainment and adventure that it resembles North by Northwest. The chemistry between 59 year old Grant and 34 year old Hepburn is remarkable'. Close but also siding with Charade.

Both of these are fine examples of Grant's comedic talent. I love Arsenic and Old Lace. It's in my top 100, but it's no match for Charade, which I currently have as my 10th favorite film of all time. As for Grant films, Charade, NXNW, and Notorious are all ahead of Arsenic and Old Lace on my chart. I consider Arsenic and Old Lace to be on the next echelon down with His Girl Friday and The Philadelphia Story.
