GoodFellas is better. T2 is highly entertaining though.

Scorcese's best vs Cameron's best, there will only be one winner and thats Goodfellas

T2, but not by much.
Goodfellas is too good to be beaten here, though T2 is very entertaining as well.
T2 is Cameron's best film and one of my favorites in the sci-fi genre, but it's still no GoodFellas.

The best of 1990 vs. the best of 1991. GoodFellas wins. Scorsese was on fire, I dare say even more than Cameron was when he made T2...

GoodFellas is in my Top 20. And while T2 honestly is one of my favorite action movies of all time, it isn't a Top 20 tier film for me.
Yesterday, I can pick GoodFellas. But now I'll go for T2, not by much.

I'm not sure what's going on. Goodfellas is good yes but the story has been done a thousand times. T2 is more original and more entertaining
GoodFellas is at best, mediocre. A full waste of film, very very boring one. T2 all the way.

Goodfellas is instant indeed honorable classic.

Both are spectacularly acted and well told stories but Terminator gets the edge with it's overall entertainment value as well as it's deeper themes of fate and humanity's self-destructive capabilities.
