Scream 2 is a masterpiece of a sequel and far more suspenseful than poltergeist!
Poltergeist to me is really overrated not a big fan of it I'll go with Scream 2

Scream 2 easily. Halloween 2 and Friday Part 2 are right behind it for the best horror sequels of all time.
Poltergeist, no contest. Surprised anyone is going with Scream 2 honestly.

Poltergeist is by far better. A smarter and cleverer horror movie. I can't see how Scream is so loved.
