Two lovely movies from 1973. Electra Glide in Blue is about a short motorcycle cop who dreams of being a detective. Little Cigars is about diminutive criminals. Angel Tompkins, a fine actress, is in Cigars. It's better than the subject matter would indicate. Electra Glide in Blue just delivers a greater emotional impact, and even has a crazy motorcycle chase (that doesn't quite fit the rest of the film).
