Superman II: One of the best sequels of all time that surpasses the original vs Ant-Man 2: One of the blandest and unoriginal superhero movie out there just like the original.

I feel like people (understandably) love Terence Stamp's Zod and the "Kneel before Zod" line so much they kinda forget about the rest of the movie, which... honestly doesn't hold up all that well for me... It's very uneven: the difference between the Donner and Lester scenes is really noticeable, and no, I don't think the Donner cut is much of an improvement. I still like it on the whole, but it's nowhere near the quality of the first Superman imo. I'll go with Ant-Man 2 here, even though that's also far from a perfect sequel obviously.
