A good puzzle vs. a heartwarming story... tough one

Memento for sure.
Toy Story 3 has got to be one of the best trilogy-enders I've ever seen, but Memento wins its layrinth-like plot, clever direction and terrific performance from Guy Pearce.
Both are GREAT...but Toy Story edges just a little further.
