Oh. Um. Er...really? Hm. Okay, guess I can come up with a couple criteria here: 1. I'm not big on war movies in general. 2. Jumper did have an interesting concept (even though it was disappointingly executed). 3. Jumper did co-star Sam Jackson. That always helps. Neither movie is very good, but Jumper, it is.
Jumper had a concept it didn't know what to do with. Windtalkers was disappointing as well but it wins here.
