Both are great, but I LOVE Full Metal Jacket.

I have to go with Full Metal Jacket. M lacks a soundtrack, but it's still very innovative and I like its moral ambiguity and Peter Lorre. Full Metal Jacket is also obviously great, but the division of segments is weird. But both of these segments are great enough to make it worthy watching it more than once.
