For my 40,000th ranking, I'm going with Brazil over Dead Poets Society. I think DPS has a lot of heart, but the ending messes me up, and not in good ways. Brazil is a relentlessly dark view on bureaucracies and government but with some of the most stunning visuals imaginable for it. This is the Terry Gilliam we need and want back!
