Carpenter Face/Off! Two of my favorite horror movies. I think The Fog is so underrated. Halloween wins between the two.

The Fog was really fun on a re-watch. But then, it's just your average slasher fun when I stop to think about it; perhaps, just a little bit above average. Halloween transcends the slasher genre; it's brilliant in every sense of the word, it took everything that was done in Blood and Black Lace/Black Christmas/The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and did it even better. Also, it holds a great nostalgic value for me, since it was the first horror movie that I saw in my life.
