Yeah, Days of Heaven looks wonderful but the story just isn't there. Also the decision to have a kid narrate the film irritated me to no end.
Ugh, that narration was the pits...

Days of Heaven is possibly one of the most beautiful films of all time, but Taxi Driver is just...phenomenal. Days of Heaven can't top it.

i love both, but i prefer days of heaven's atmosphere and visuals
