Batman Begins is the superior film. Braveheart is a bit too simplistic, cheesy and generic at times. To the point where it frustrates me and I don't feel riveted. It does feature some great action and a few great scenes though, which barely hold it up compared to 'Begins.

This is no contest. Braveheart wins this easily.
Batman Begins. Braveheart just didn't quite do it for me.

Though one has a more tragic end, Bruce's evolution as The Dark Knight resonates with me more.

Both flawed but the flaws in BB tend to stand out more for me, so Braveheart wins.
