OK, when it comes to being slowly transformed into a hideous monster, The Fly is the better movie. Actually, these are both sort of about horrific pregnancies, too. The chick in Slither gets it way worse than Geena Davis, if you think about it. Sure, Jeff Goldblum might've knocked her up with a maggot baby, but you never find out. In Slither, the horrific pregnancy is all there to see. The Fly is still superior, but Slither makes me want to puke a little more.

yes the Body transformations are sick very cool Love Slither its super funny but The Fly remake is a great overall film!
