My two favourite movies of 2019 (so far, Doctor Sleep has yet to come out). Personally, I'm more of a Toy Story person than a Marvel person!
It's Endgame...

Toy Story 4 was so very disappointing. It's not a bad film, exactly, but it's not a Toy Story movie. It sidelined the core group of highly entertaining characters and focused on a bunch of bores (y'know, except Woody). It's like Toy Story but D-list. Endgame was disappointing too, but there was enough cool shit going on to keep me invested.

Toy Story 4 was a pretty good film, but Endgame was the best conclusion to a franchise in 2019 to me.

TS4 was disappointing, Endgame was flawed but still a satisfying conclusion

It is the worst of the franchise, but Toy Story 4 isn't a bad fourth movie. Endlame is perhaps the worst fourth movie of all time. Garbage conclusion to the Mediocre Cinematic Universe
I seem to be one of the few people who don't really have a problem with TS4, and also one of the few people who didn't think Endgame was really that amazing, but nevertheless: pretty easy win for Marvel here.
