Really? REALLY!? . . . Decisions, decisions. Right now I'll pick Social Network; it's more of a movie I could relate to in a way. While Shawshank is more of a tale that inspires me to take on life one day at a time. Tough call.

The Social Network.

Going with Shawshank Redemption. A perfect film from top to bottom.

Shawshank Redemption for sure.

people really picking the social network here I get peoples movie preferences are different but dam it's like comparing Wall-e to some pokemon movie for me just not in the same league, I guess I got to get started on a twitter movie apparently if the subject matter relates to the viewers everyday life than it's destined for greatness. Hell it's probably already in the works

The Shawshank Redemption is just on another level than The Social Network. It pleases more and charms everybody. Tim Robbins is good, but Morgan Freeman is great on his role. Its a shame it didn't win Best Picture let alone any Oscar on the night. The goes to show that the industry of the Academy Motion Picture Arts and Sciences are all crooks. But it doesn't really matter because it is hard to compete against this film in a matchup. By a lot of people it even topples legends like The Godfather (it doesn't to me). So my answer is final, "that and a big god damn" argument.

Both remendous movies. goes to Shawshank.

Easy choice. Shawshank is more engaging. Better value.

I love the Social Network. But Shawshank smashes it. No question about it.

The Shawshank Redemption wins
