Both are in my opinion great Bond films, From Russia With Love being the greater of the two.
The Living Daylights was the first Bond movie I saw in the theater. Nostalgia wins...

Gotta go with From Russia with Love on this one just because Conner was the best Bond.

Both are better cold war movies than Bond films. Living Daylights has everything... except for a good Bond, useful Bond girl and rememberable and threatening villain. From Russia With Love has great espionage themes and a nice setting with the urgency of a Bond film, while I feel they made the plot needlessly convoluted. Still have to pick From Russia With Love!
