Children of men is better by far

Both classics in my book, but Children of Men was more of a step forward in film and offered something new. Based on that it wins.
I figure you can't lose here, but the slight edge goes to CoM.

Children of Men is a cinematography feat, and is also devastating to watch, but the directing, set design, and acting of Fargo make it one of the greatest. Slight edge to Fargo.
