Tough one. Going with Clarice, though.

Silence easily for me.

Silence wins for me, but both are masterpieces.

A Clockwork Orange. As clear as an unmuddied lake.

Both masterpieces, but i'm gonna go with Silence of the Lambs.

Silence is heads and shoulders above...

Definitely ACO for me.

Clockwork wins Silence is still great

Silence.

Lambs over Orange...

Two disturbing masterpieces that were somewhat controversial upon release. Silence Of The Lambs has Anthony Hopkins giving one of the best performances I've ever seen so, even though he's only in it for 25 mins, I have to pick it!

Both films are masterful. After Dr. Strangelove we knew Kubrick could go almost anywhere, but I didn't realize what a great flick he was going to make of Anthony Burgess's novel--shocked and upset, but I wanted to see it again, and maybe I'm ready for another go round.. When Silence came out, there were few movies with a woman in the hero role, and it was a much greater tension builder than Clockwork, and it covered new ground in the sub-sub-genre of serial killer stories. Both are films to see multiple times.

The Silence Of The Lambs for sure.

The more unique, provocative and ground breaking cinematic brilliance of Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange.

I need to rewatch the silence of the lambs. I will go with ACO for now
