Kinsey vs. The Philadelphia Story

Though I wish KINSEY delved further into its subject content, it's still fairly satisfying as is. I was disappointed by THE PHILADELPHIA STORY, the delightful James Stewart performance notwithstanding.

Kinsey--and Freud--would have a ball with the characters in The Philadelphia Story, especially the father who blames his supposedly frigid DAUGHTER for his affair with a younger woman. Yikes. The execution by cast and crew is exemplary, but I hate the basic plotline so much that I'm giving this to Kinsey.
