Dark Phoenix is very underrated and unfairly bashed. New Mutants looks awful but will have the same bad buzz to overcome no matter the actual quality of the movie itself.

I actually enjoyed The New Mutants more from a story telling perspective. However X-Men: Dark Phoenix was the prettier film of the two.

Dark Phoenix is extremely underrated. New Mutants is mildly underrated. 8/10 for DP and 6/10 for NM.

Bottom of the barrel match-up. Could go either way on any given day. New Mutants wins today for its slight creative edge, and for not botching the Dark Phoenix story a second time.

the new Mutant Not a great film that I didn't like at all but not much worse than x-men dark phoenix than that film that no one really had the will to make and then this film had It also had a terrible ending to conclude the saga that began in 2000 boththey could let it go
