As brilliantly directed as Drive is, Blue Valentine takes this one due to how there are some many great scenes in that one. Plus it has Michelle Williams and her dorky dancing.

Both outstanding films! Ryan showed more emotion in blue valentine but his acting in drive was amazing. What Drive had to offer was better than Blue Valentine.

My two favorite Gosling films. Loved them enough for them to land in my top 100... but only one cracked my top 20, and that's DRIVE.

Better acting in Blue Valentine better movie with Drive
Eh, I definitely think Blue Valentine is the better film.

Drive easy, though Gosling's performance is better in Blue Valentine

I love both movies, Gosling's performances are so different, as are his characters. I pick Drive, as I can enjoy watching it again and again(I still half-cover my eyes at the elevator scene though!).

Drive drives over BV, then backs up, and drives over it again.
