Pulp Fiction vs. Charade

Pulp Fiction is the easy winner.

Pulp Fiction is a movie that just doesn’t resonate with me like it does with most. Charade, on the other hand, is a gem of a movie that the average movie lover has never even heard of… and it’s a crying shame too because it’s a wonderful film all the way around… great plot, acting, dialogue, score, photography, etc. You name it, and Charade has it. Both movies are loaded with stars, but Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Walter Matthau, James Coburn, and George Kennedy simply outperform John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Bruce Willis, and Ving Rhames. Add in Henry Mancini’s score, and Charade is the easy pick for me.

As underrated as Charade is (and it is very underrated), I just love Pulp Fiction a lot more.

Huh. Mrs. Marsellus Wallace might best Charade, but the other two sections aren't there.
