Tiger Over Wall involves some stupid shit about a British official's kidnapped dog... Terrible stuff. I mean, mind-numbingly boring. But that last third... Yes, sir. Hwang Jang Lee and Phillip Ko looked like they were actually trying to kill each other. Hwang was a bad motherfucker. Gotta give it to The Blade for being more consistent, though.
