Sorry, but RHPS has the better singing.
I personally thought that Young Frankenstein was funnier because RHPS just freaked me out while YF made me laugh a lot! I think that Gene Wilder did a great job and is assistant Eye-Gore is the best!

Two Halloween favorites! Young Frankenstein wins. Mel Brooks is a comedy genius and it's hard to compete with him. Young Frankenstein is probably his best cast and maybe even his funniest screenplay.

I've never gotten the appeal of Rocky Horror Picture Show and I doubt I ever will. Young Frankenstein is funnier and, unlike the first commenter, I enjoyed Madeleine Kahn's comic operatic bits far more than any of the singing in RHPS.

Young Frankenstein was a flat and unfunny parody. Rocky Horror had great performances (Tim Curry's the man), and it's a tragedy in Shakesperean heights. It wasn't just a parody like YF. Rocky Horror all day long, bro.
