I thought 3 had more entertaining deaths so I'm going with it.

Both are good FD films but FD2 is the best sequel (until 5 that is)

I'm a fan of this frachise it's a close call but I think I had more fun with the 3rd installment maybe it was better casting or better deaths.

FD2 had the fire escape ladder death. I'm going with that.

Don't like 3 and 4 at all, but 2 is my favourite, so easy call.

3 and 4 became low budget, no plot straight to DVD sequels. They are the Nightmare 5 & 6 of this franchise. Final Destination 2 was made with some pride. It also had great deaths. The opening Highway scene is the best in the series.

FD3 was grimmer and nastier and just much less pleasant than 2, which had a lot of campy, very macabre humor to it.
Definitely going with number two....

Final Destination 2 had a personality. It was bad but in a pretty funny and amusing way. Final Destination 3 felt like it knew the second one went in a more comedic direction so it tried being more serious and grim, even bringing back the original director. However, this wasn't a good thing as Final Destination 3 is just bad, dull and unsubtle! I will take so bad it's good over dull any day!
