Ooh - interesting. I think Hitchcock wins here, but Anchorman is a masterpiece, and I'm reluctant to put it down...

Um . . . They aren't on the same playing field. NxNW is a masterpiece in the traditional sense, while Anchorman is special for it's own trolling of the audience by setting up a typical comedy film formula and instead having a bunch of hilarious tangents about fighting news anchors and acapella renditions of Afternoon Delight.
