Feels like one of the earliest musicals. Lots of dancing, but obviously it's silent, so I wonder if they would send a score to the movie theater? Acting is enjoyable and the sets are fun. Feels more like a play than a movie. Only special effect is a witch disappearing and it's not even heightened in any way to be fun. Strong theater; weak as cinema.
