Cuckoo's Nest is far superior.
Memento. One Flew Over The Cucoo's Nest was good, but became EXTREMEMLY boring and uneventful the last 40 mins (besides the ending), which really puts it down. Memento keeps you interested all the way, is more intense, and is overall better, regardless of how famous One Flew Over The Cucook's Nest is.
Memento wins. Hell of a battle though....
