Martyrs, easily. The last 10 minutes of A Serbian Film are terribly difficult to watch though.

both films prove that America cant make an iconic horror movie anymore let alone any with substance. these two films shock you to your core but their not exploitive to just make you cringe they have messages real world evils and commentaries! I like Serbian film more but Maryrs had more of a punch and the characters really twist and turn! sad that America doesn't have the balls to be smart and outrageous together more often but at least we got the French and Serbs!
