Fantasia vs. Mutiny on the Bounty

This is a good matchup for my 8000th ranking. Both are "blow you away" kind of movies when you first see them, and Fantasia probably has more rewatch value, but "Bounty" really gripped me when I first saw it. Its moral complexity, historical accuracy, and technical achievements went far beyond what I expected. The entire cast turned in memorable, even career-high performances. Fantasia is a work of art and a benchmark in the history of animated film, so I can easily understand and support someone choosing it, but it's "Bounty" for me this time.

Fantasia is still a masterpiece!
