Blow Up My Town vs. Series 7: The Contenders

Series 7 is made in the same vein as Running Man, Battle Royale, and the Hunger Games. Only I think it might be more cynical than any of them. Blow Up My Town lacks some refinement as Akerman was still learning her craft, I think it is the more meaningful film.
