It would be inconceivable if The Force Awakens won - The Princess Bride takes this matchup.

The Princess Bride
Force Awakens is more well made, emotionally compelling and has a greater sense of adventure. The strength of the characters in The Force Awakens make it such a great experience. I found The Princess Bride to be cheap, nonsensical and just plain overrated!
The Princess Bride is still one of the funniest and most quotable films I've ever seen. Force Awakens is fun but Kylo Ren's got nothing on Vizzini.
I'm a Star Wars-a-holic, but I gotta go with The Bride...

THE FORCE AWAKENS was a great revival, but at the end of the day, that's what it is: A revival of something that had already been done. THE PRINCESS BRIDE didn't invent the fairy tale, but it perfected it.

The Princess Bride for the charm, tonal consistency, and overall better structure.
