Revenge movies against guys. Hundra is a barbarian woman whose tribe gets wiped out by a bunch of men. Realizing that she must repopulate her tribe, she sets out to find a man to fertilize her. She kills a lot of men along the way who offend her feminist sensibilities. I Spit On Your Grave is about a woman is violently attacked by four assholes, who she proceeds to kill one by one. I get the impression that most of the men in Hundra were like the assholes in I Spit On Your Grave, since it's set in a more primitive time. While Hundra is killing men, she still finds time for romance. I Spit On Your Grave doesn't have any boy meets girl cuteness. Anyway, these are complicated movies to compare. I think they might both be symbolic.
