Mystery of the Wax Museum vs. Shadows

Shadows is probably the better movie, and in some ways the more interesting thanks to Cassavette's ahead-of-its-time inquiry into race relations and independent style of filmmaking, but for just pure pleasure, I really love Mystery of the Wax Museum. The plucky reporter character played by Glenda Farrell is pretty much the epitome of why I love 1930s movies.
