Iron Man 2 was no picnic, but it wasn't a disaster on par with Unexpected Journey. Expectations were different for these two. I'll go with Iron Man 2.

Probably The Hobbit.
Iron Man 2 is still the worst MCU film released so far, whereas Unexpected Journey is the best Hobbit film so far, as far as I'm concerned (and given what I've seen of There and Back Again, I don't expect my position on that to change considerably).
Iron Man 2 is indeed the absolute worst of the 'Marvel Cinematic Universe' films I've seen so far. Man, what a horribly frustrating experience that was.
