Both top 10 Westerns but I like the characters and pacing of Butch and Sundance more!

Both are shit, but The Magnificent Seven is a little better...maybe.
Butch and Sundance take this one easily.

Butch. The only thing good about Magnificent 7 was the music.

Whaaaa? No, no, no... it's The Seven all the way. Yeah, OK, it's not Seven Samurai, but it's such an easy watch. That film is a blast.

I haven't watched Butch and Sundance in a long while so I may be off on this (then again maybe the fact that it's been a while is indicative in and of itself) but I am definitely going with The Magnificent Seven here.
