Avengers: Age of Ultron is a great film. Spider-Man 3 is not all bad but it can't compete here.
Age of Ultron has it's impressive moments, Spidey 3 is garbage..

AoU has many things holding it back, but also a lot pushing it forward. SM3 is much harder to praise.
