Hmmm, both mediocre but mildly entertaining. Despite being a sequel to a vastly superior franchise origin, I think I'd prefer The Matrix Reloaded, if only for the Chateau fight and Freeway chase sequences. That being said, I'll give The Mummy credit for never forgetting what it was and never becoming too pretentious (*cough* *cough* Architect!).

If it were a comparison between The Mummy and the original Matrix film, this would be much harder, but in this case the choice is easy; Mummy.
