I haven't watched Muppet Christmas Carol in quite a while, Toy Story 2 on the other hand I've seen a little too often(my little sister used to watch it every day).

I've used to watch Toy Story 2 every day. I'm not really into Toy Story nor Toy Story 3, but the second one was a great surprise. The only real pro of the Muppet Christmas Carol was the nostalgia factor; overall, it isn't even a good movie.
