A Good Year would have been a better film if Russell Crowe didn't have to learn a lesson and mature at the end. Fatal Contact would have been better if there was more ass-kicking and less Romeo & Juliet, but at least people died in it.
Yeah, it REALLY could have used some more ass-kicking. More of that 3-on-1 fight and less of the sappy shit. A martial arts movie is only as good as its finale, and FC's finale was disappointing, to say the least. Wu Jing's got MAD SKILLZ SON!!!, but I've yet to see the guy pop up in anything worthwhile, other than SPL.
