My love for Scorcese in totally translated here as a whole,'cause those two movies represent his love for cinematography,his distinctive characters full of soul and his astonishing ability to cast the right actors to the right pieces. Oh,that big ol' eyebrown can really make good flicks. Damn you.

Hugo isn't bad, but this is a bit of a mismatch.

I wasn't expecting too much from Hugo, even after all the hype, and...it didn't impress me all that much. It's good, but not nearly one of the best films of the year. Goodfellas towers above it.
