Two very good "not-for-everyone" movies. I really like both, but I guess mother! was just a bit more appealing to me. The acting is better in Enemy, but I like the overall development better in mother!. I think Enemy had a better message and it's more open to interpretation, but I like how mother! wrapped everything up and I think that's the decisive factor for me. That being said, I felt like mother! was a failure because Aronofsky had to explain everything.
