Both suck but The Rise of Skywalker is far better than the other piece of crap.

I've always been mixed on PHANTOM MENACE, but I hate RISE OF SKYWALKER.

Fall of actual Skywalker makes Ep I look great by comparison. 5/10 destroys 1/10 every time.

The Phantom Menace has its flaws but is, at least, the vision of a unique artist. Rise of Skywalker is just corporate slop.
