The Incredibles
Batman Begins. Though I do credit the Incredibles with dealing with more mature subject matters than the normal Pixar films. Still, Batman Begins was too intriguing for me to ignore.

As great as The Incredibles is, Batman Begins is the dark and wonderful story of a hero's journey so classically told. Go Nolan.

Two of the greatest superhero movies ever made, also two of the top 20 movies of the 2000s, both are equally good IMO
